About these terms

These terms govern your use of Good Times Timer, a private, non-commercial project developed by Achim Rothe and Mateusz Szymkowicz. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable.

Using the service

You may use Good Times Timer for lawful personal or professional time tracking. You are responsible for your account, your content, and the people with whom you share actions. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt other users, or upload unlawful content.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, synchronize, and display that content so we can operate the service. Shared content can be seen by invited participants or anyone who has access to a public share link.

Unsplash images

Optional background images are supplied through the Unsplash API. Photographer and Unsplash attribution is shown with links when an image is displayed. Rights in those images remain with their respective owners, and use is subject to the Unsplash Terms and applicable license conditions.

Community standards and reporting

Do not create or share content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, deceptive, or that violates another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.

You may report shared content or users at hello@goodtimestimer.com and, when available, through the app’s report control. We may remove content, restrict sharing, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms and protect users.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Good Times Timer reliable, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Features may change as the app develops. We may suspend access when necessary to protect users, comply with law, or prevent abuse.

Account termination

You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may terminate accounts that materially violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination continue to apply.

Disclaimer and liability

Good Times Timer is a productivity tool, not a medical, safety, or emergency service. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded, and liability is limited to foreseeable losses caused by a breach of these terms.
